    The Company has been dealing in shares and providing financial advisory & nvestment/capital market consultancy services.

    In terms of the special Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company convened on 17.10.1994. It was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited Company. The name of the company is changed to M.B. PARIKH FINSTOCKS LTD. pursuant to Section 21 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. At the said EOGM new set of Articles of Association was adopted pursuant to section 31 of the Companies Act, 1956. Registrar of Companies, Gujarat has issued certificate to that extent on 26.10.1994 FRESH certificate of incorporation consequent on CHANGE OF NAME, pursuant to section 23(1) of the Companies Act, 1956.
