The Company was promoted by Mr. Ravindra Malinga Hegde and Mrs. Sujata Ravindra Hegde. Further, the Company changed its name pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 18, 2012 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra on August 10, 2012. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on May 18, 2018 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to KHFM Hospitality and Facility Management Services Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra on May 30, 2018. the Corporate Identification Number is U74930MH2006PLC159290.
