| The Company was incorporated under the name of KINETIC TRUST LTD. on 12th August, 1992 with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh at Jalandhar. The Company got the certificate of commencement of business on 18th of October, 1992.
KINETIC TRUST LIMITED was promoted to carry out comprehensive Financial services and dealing in all kinds of securities. The Company has been promoted by a set of highly qualified professionals who have got a vast
experience and knowledge in the fields of Finance, Taxation & Company Law Matters.
The Principal Office of the Company is located at 1406, Vikram Tower, Rajindra Place, New Delhi and the same was revalued by the Company on the basis of the report of M/s Prachar Associates Registered Valuer (CAT.I/151/1990) as on 31/3/94. The net accretion to the Assets is Rs 22,12,000/- and the revaluation reserve to the extent of Rs 22,12,000/-
was created. The value of the Building before the revaluation was Rs. 6,25,000/- and after revaluation is Rs.28,37,000/- as on 31/3/94.
The Company was primarily engaged in buying & selling of Shares & Securities and providing Project Consultancy Services including.
a) structuring the financial pattern of the project
b) preparation of the project reports.
With the opening up of the financial services sector, the Company foresees the significant growth potential in the activities presently carried out/proposed to be carried out.
PRESENT BUSINESS
The Company is carrying out investments in capital market on its own behalf and is providing services to its clients for investing in capital market only in advisory capacity. The net profit after Tax for the year ended as on 31/03/95 is Rs. 2.40. Lacs. The Company has also invested its own funds in various listed and unlisted Companies.
