Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on December 14, 2013, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed from "Lloyds Luxuries Private Limited" to "Lloyds Luxuries Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 29, 2014, issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra, Mumbai bearing CIN U74999MH2013PLC249449.
