Consequently, it was converted into a public limited company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the company held on November 3, 2017 and the name of the company was changed to `Macpower CNC Machines Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited dated November 16, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of the company is U30009GJ2003PLC043419.
We are engaged in in manufacturing of CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, Cylindrical Grinder, Vertical Turret Lathe, Turn Mill Centers, Drill Tap Center, Twin Spindle VMC and also Multi Tasking, 5-axis along with sub spindle.
