The Company was originally incorporated as "Care Beverages (India) Limited" at Ahmedabad on November 14, 1995, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having Corporate Identification Number U15549GJ1995PLC028116 vide Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and also received certificate of commencement of business on November 23, 1995 issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Consequently, upon the change of name, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by Members in Extra ordinary General Meeting held on July 26, 2001, the name of the Company was changed to "Care Corupack Limited" and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 27, 2001 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Subsequently, upon the change of name, the name of the Company was changed to "Mahip Industries Limited" and fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 31, 2018 was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
Major Events (Key Milestone) : 1995 -Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with the name Care Beverages (India) Limited.
2001 -With the intention to diversify the business in to altogether different filed, we changed the object of the Company for doing the business of corrugated boxes, related product packing goods and also changed the name of the Company to "Care Corupack Limited" which represent the activities carried out by the Company.
2014 -The Company received Certificate from Canara Bank conferring "Best CSR Initiatives by an MSME" Award for 2014.
2018 -With the intention to undertake various types of activities, we changed the object of the Company by adding the business activities related to trading of the various goods including clothes, Fibers and Fabrics, Yam, Textile, dyestuff, chemicals etc. and also changed the name of the Company to "Mahip Industries Limited".
