It is an institutionally owned, professionally managed platform with extensive experience in the roads sector. The Trust was set up as an irrevocable trust under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, pursuant to the Initial Indenture. The Trust was registered as an infrastructure investment trust under the InvIT Regulations on February 24, 2020 having registration number IN/InvIT/19-20/0013
