    2003

    -Assessed at Maturity Level 4 in the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) for software of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI)

    2004

    -Board approves the proposal for merger / amalgamation XIUS India Ltd with the Company, based on the valuation report submitted by M/s Pricewaterhouse Coopers Pvt Ltd. (PwC).

    -Satyam Computer has acquired the BSE-listed Chennai-based software services company Megasoft in a stock deal through his own company Xius.

    -Megasoft Ltd, telecom technology solutions provider, has completed a definite agreement to acquire US-based Boston Communications Group, Inc (BCGI) in an all cash deal valued at $65 million.

    -Megasoft signs unprecedented multi-year, multi-million dollar ASP Agreement with US Company.

    2008
