The Company was incorporated as a private limited Company under the name "MOS Utility Private Limited", under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharshtra, Mumbai on July 27, 2009. The status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of the Company was changed to "MOS Utility Limited" vide Special Resolution dated July 05, 2022. The fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 03, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U66000MH2009PLC194380. Chirag Dineshbhai Shah and Nikhil Dineshbhai Shah were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company.

2022 - Change in constitution of the company from Private to Public Limited. - Launched Courier Services
