The fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 03, 2022 by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Chirag Dineshbhai Shah and Nikhil Dineshbhai Shah were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company.
