Our Company was formed as Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 ("Partnership Act") in the name and style of "M/s. Neptune Tradelink" pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated April 03, 2021.
The Partnership firm was formed by acquiring the business of M/s. Neptune Tradelink, sole proprietorship concern of our promoter Mr. Pareshkumar Subodhchandra Shah which was incorporated in 2004. "M/s. Neptune Tradelink" was thereafter converted from a Partnership firm to a Private Limited Company in the name and Style of "Neptune Petrochemicals Private Limited" under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated October 21, 2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U24299GJ2021PTC126567. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed from "Neptune Petrochemicals Private Limited" to "Neptune Petrochemicals Limited" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number is U24299GJ2021PLC126567.
