| The Company was incorporated as Kavita Fabrics Private Limited on October 18, 2005 under the Companies Act, bearing Registration No. U17110GJ2005PTC46929 having its Registered Office at Surat, Gujarat, India. Subsequently, the Company became a Public Limited Company in pursuance to a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 31, 2012. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name as a result of conversion to a public limited company was issued on September 26, 2012 by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. The Company's Corporate Identity Number is U17110GJ2005PLC046929.
