Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to `Nidan Laboratories And Healthcare Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, on May 24, 2021.
