OMANSH ENTERPRISES LIMITED was originally incorporated under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited Company in the name of "Engineering and Pulp Products Private Limited" with the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur vide Registration No. 3873 on 20 th day of march, 1974.The status of the Company was changed to "Engineering and Pulp Products Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation upon conversion was issued by the Registrar of the Company was changed to "Ravi Aircools Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur on 12th day of August, 1986.
Thereafter, the Company by passing a special resolution altered the provision of its Memorandum of Association with respect to the place of the Registered office by shifting it from the State of Uttar Pradesh to Delhi and such alteration having been confirmed by an order of the Company Law Board, New Delhi Bench, New Delhi, dated 16th August 2012 and a Certificate of Registration of the Company Law Board Order for change of registered office of the Company from the State of Uttar Pradesh to Delhi was issued by the Registrar of the Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana on 6th day of September, 2012
Omansh Enterprises Limited is currently engaged in the business of Trading in Steel and Electrical Products in Delhi and NCR.

-Mr. Vidya Sagar Bhatia and Mr. Divesh Kumar Bajaj who were appointed as the Additional Directors by the Board of Directors of the Company.
