Further, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 1, 2024, and by the Shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 27, 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `Onyx Biotec Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 23, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.     -Our Company commenced commercial production at our Unit I with two line of Form Fill and Seal setup with capacity of 2 lacs units per day
