The Company was originally incorporated on April 26, 2004 as "Pentagon Rubber Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H.P.& Chandigarh. Subsequently the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from "Pentagon Rubber Private Limited" to "Pentagon Rubber Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 28, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh. The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Anil Jain, Mr. Lalit Jain, Mr. Ashish Jain and Mr. Saurabh Jain who were the initial subscribers to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association and are the present promoters of the Company.
