Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name of "Phantom Digital Effects Private Limited" under the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation dated February 2, 2016, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai, bearing Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U92100TN2016PTC103929. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company on July 21, 2022. Consequent upon conversion of our Company into public limited, the name of company was changed from "Phantom Digital Effects Private Limited" to "Phantom Digital Effects Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 29, 2022, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai. The CIN of the Company changed to U92100TN2016PLC103929.
