A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on July 5, 2013 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai due to change of name to Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Private Limited. Consequent upon the conversion of the company to public limited company, the name of the company was changed to "Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Limited " and fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 1, 2018 was issued by the DROC, Registrar of Companies, RoC, Mumbai.
