    History of Company

    The company history sections lists out major chronological events that happened to the company.
    The Company was originally incorporated as a Pvt. Ltd. Company on 1st January 1992 with Mrs. Narayanan and Mrs.S. Balasubramanian as the first directors of the company. The company commenced its business activities with investment in shares and securities. In September 1994, Mr.Dinesh Gupta, Mr.Satish Kusumbiwal and associates took over the controlling interest in the company by acquiring 9920 Equity Shares at the rate of Rs.11/- per share. The company was converted into a Public Limited Company with effect from 30th September 1994. 

     2003 
    -Regal Entertainment commences commercial operation of Ice Skating Rink. 

     2005 
    -The Company has entered into a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with E-City Entertainment (India) Pvt Ltd (Fun Republic). 

     2007 
    -The Company designated E-mail ID of Grievance Redressal Division / Compliance Officer; exclusively for the purpose of registering complaints to by investors: regalcom2007@rediffmail.com.
