Subsequently, the Company was converted into public company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 09, 2015 and the Company was converted into a public limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation issued on March 27, 2015 by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad and the name of the Company was changed to "Sakar Healthcare Limited". The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U24231GJ2004PLC043861. Sanjay Shah, Rita Shah and Aarsh Shah are the promoters of the Company. KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES : The following table sets forth the key events and milestones in the history of the Company, since incorporation: 2004 -Incorporation of the Company. 2005 -The Company received ISO Certification -The Company started commercial production for Plant - 1 which was established for production of Liquid Orals. -The Company started commercially selling its products. 2007 -The Company started exporting its products overseas. 2008 -The Company started commercial production for Plant - 2 which was established for production of Beta Lactum Tablet and Capsules and Dry Syrup B-lactum. / Sachet. -The Company started commercial production for Plant - 3 which was established for production of Liquid Injectibles (SVP) - Ampoules and Liquid Injectibles (SVP) - Vials. 2012 -The Company started commercial production for Plant - 4 which was established for production of Dry Powder Injection. 2015 -Conversion of the Company to a public limited company.

    -Sakar Healthcare grabed "Pharma Ratna Universe Award - 2022 for  Excellence in Oncology Manufacturing".
    -Sakar Healthcare entered an agreement with Zydus Life Sciences (Cadila Healthcare) to manufacture Oncology (Anti-Cancer) products.

    2023
    -Sakar has entered into a contract for One Patented& Second Inovative Oncology Products development and supply with NDDS for Switzerland based Ferring Pharmaceuticalsand Bazell Pharma'.
    -Sakar enters an agreement with PharOS (Greece) for development of patent non-infringing Oncology product that ranks amongst top-10 in the segment.
