| The Company was originally incorporated in Chennai as "Onesource Techmedia Limited" on 30th May, 2008 under the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Chennai, Tamil Nadu.The Company is registered under the Companies Act, 1956 with registration no. U72900TN2008PLC067982.The Company was originally incorporated by Mr. Kishan Kumar Jhunjhunwala along with his relatives and friends with the intention to establish ourselves in the media and entertainment sector. The company is predominantly engaged in the following services:
1- To aggregate and market Audio / Video and movie contents of various languages in local and international market.
2- To acquire old movie rights, dub in different languages and market to various television channels.
3- To produce animation films / short movies / documentary movies as per the requirements of our clients/temples.
4- The Company is also into production of animation movies and television serials, movies etc and market the same globally to reach all our customers / clients.
