| The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai dated August 14, 2001 with the name `Axis Resources Private Limited'. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to `SecUR Credentials Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on July 18, 2016. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to approval of the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 19, 2017 and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to `SecUR Credentials Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai on July 27, 2017. The corporate identification number is U74110MH2001PLC133050.

- Buyout of the then 100% total paid-up equity share capital of the Company by the existing Promoter, Pankaj Vyas from the then existing Promoter of the Company.
