Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on February 20, 2025, and the name of our Company was changed from "Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Private Limited" to "Shree Balaji (Mala) Textiles Limited". A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre, Manesar, on March 24, 2025. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U17299WB2005PLC105711.
