    The Company was incorporated as a Pvt Ltd one under the Companies Act,1956 on 16 Aug 1988 under the name Orkay Fabrics Pvt Ltd in the state of Gujarat and converted into Public Ltd Co. by passing special resolution on 27 April 1992 and fresh certificate of incorporation was on change of name had been issued by Registrar of Companies ,Gujarat on 12th May 1992. The name of the company has been changed from Orkay Fabrics Ltd to Anjani Fabrics Ltd for which fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name has been obtained from Registrar of Companies,Gujarat on 22nd Dec,1993.The company was incorporated with a main object of printing,dyeing and processing of manmade synthetic fabrics.The commercial production of the company was started in Dec,1989. 2009 - Anjani Fabrics Ltd has informed that Mr. Purushottam R. Agarwal has been appointed as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. December 04, 2009. 2011 -Company has changed its name from Anjani Fabrics Ltd. to Anjani Dham Industries Ltd. 2015 -- The company has changed its name from Anjani Dham Industries Ltd. to Shree Bhavya Fabrics Ltd.
