A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion was issued on November 26, 2013 by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to "Silver Pearl Hospitality & Luxury Spaces Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated January 3, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
