Further, the name of the Company was changed from Kevalin Securities Limited to Smart Finsec limited vide its fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 19, 2010 with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Presently the Registered Office of the Company is situated at F-88, 2nd Floor, Industrial Pocket, District Centre, West Delhi, Raja Garden, New Delhi- 110027.

    2015 -Smart Finsec Ltd shares are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange - The company has changed its name from Kevalin Securities Ltd. to Smart Finsec Ltd.

    2021 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
