The name of the Company was changed to Supershakti Metaliks Private Limited pursuant to shareholders resolution passed on October 22, 2014 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name issued by the Assist. Registrar of Companies, Kolkata on November 12, 2014. Subsequently, pursuant to resolution of shareholders on April 06, 2018, the Company was converted to a public limited company and the name of the Company was further changed to Supershakti Metaliks Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on change of name was granted to the Company on May 03, 2018, by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata.
