    The Company was originally incorporated as "Surani Steel Private Limited" a Private Limited Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated July 31, 2012 issued by the Registrar of Companies Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. Further, in order to align with the business of the Company, the name of the Company was changed to "Surani Steel Tubes Private Limited" pursuant to special resolution passed by shareholders of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 07, 2018 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 13, 2018, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 29, 2018 and the name of the Company was changed to Surani Steel Tubes Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited September 12, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U27109GJ2012PLC071373.
