Further, Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 25, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur, consequent upon change in the object of the Company, bearing CIN: U29109UP2020PTC137401. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting, held on April 23, 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Tankup Engineers Private Limited" to "Tankup Engineers Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 24, 2024, issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre bearing CIN: U29109UP2020PLC137401.
