The Company has obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on 9th August, 1994. At present the company is having its registered office at 1111 Maker Chamber V, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021. The Company intends to shift its Registered office to its own building to be constructed at New Mumbai, since the present premises is taken on contract basis for 2 years w.e.f. from 27.02.1995. 2010 -Company has changed its name from Twinstar Software Exports Ltd. to Twinstar Industries Ltd.
