Further the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 16, 2018. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on February 27, 2018 by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana and consequently the name of the Company was changed from "Ultra Wiring Connectivity System Pvt. Ltd" to "Ultra Wiring Connectivity System Ltd". The Company's Corporate Identification Number is U31300DL2005PLC137050.

    -Company set-up a unit of Wiper Blades to cater passenger cars and three-wheelers by importing a running plant from Taiwan.

    2021
    -Gradually the Company started Mass Production of Wiper-Blades by touching production of 2.50 Lacs pieces in a month and also launched Wiper Blades with its own Brand name `ULTRA' for after-market segment.
    -Company has been honoured with "IPF Fastest Growing Manufacturing Company Award" organized by IPF Industrial Excellence Awards 2021 under the category "Electrical and Electronics (Small SME)".

    2022
    -Company has launched its Commercial Wiper range.
    -Installed in-house wiper-Rubber production unit.
