    - Unihealth Center for Cosmetic Surgery and Beauty clinic is commissioned at Aamby Valley City.

    - Marks its foray into Healthcare Consultancy Services with its 1st project being Equipment Planning & Procurement Services.

    2013
    - Ethiopian Airlines Enterprises has entered into an exclusive collaboration with UniHealth to provide medical travel facilitation services as its partner

    2014
    - Registers its 100% wholly owned subsidiary in UAE to provide consultancy services.
    - The Company makes its entry into Mozambique.

    2015
    - Earmarks investments through acquisition of Biohealth Limited to set up radiology and dialysis centers in Tanzania.

    2017
    - Commissions UMC Victoria Hospital in Kampala by taking over the assets of the erstwhile Kadic Hospital & UMC Zhahir Hospital in Kano (Nigeria).

    2018
    - Commissions it is state-of-art 70 bed facility in Kampala (Uganda), opposite the existing UMC Victoria Hospital.

    2022 -Resolution passed to convert the Company into a Public Limited Company and change its name from 'Unihealth Consultancy Private Limited' to 'Unihealth Consultancy Limited.

    2023 -UniHealth signs a MoU with Maykhalar Group of Companies to set up a 300 bedded Health City in Yangon, Myanmar. -'UniHealth - UMC Hospitals' awarded 'Iconic Brand of the Year 2023'.

    2024 -Company name has changed to Unihealth Hospitals Ltd. from Unihealth Consultancy Ltd..
