Thereafter, the Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on December 03, 2022 and the name of the Company was changed to `Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 27, 2022 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai, Maharashtra.
