    Vikalp Securities Ltd. is an existing company which was incorporated on 28th February 1986, under the name of Vikalp Consultants (P) Ltd. The name was subsequently changed to Vikalp Securities Ltd. at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 28th October 1994 & a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued on 23rd November 1994. The Company was incorporated with an object to carry out consultancy work regarding financial, legal, secretarial, industrial management, business and taxation matters, technical & engineering services, techno-economic surveys and market research. However, no major activity was undertaken by it, to pursue the above objects. Subsequently, its prime area of operation was shifted towards money market and investment activities.
