    Our Company was originally incorporated as "Virtual Galaxy Infotech Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated September 12, 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held
    on June 18, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to "Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centreon September 12, 2024. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U93000MH1997PLC110645.

    - Link Manager Software implemented in Punjab National Bank

    - Agency Module Developed and implemented in Link Cell branch of Punjab National Bank

    2008
    - Received work order for supply of banking application to one of urban co-operative bank and its 20 branches

    2011
    - Built Company owned Data Centre
    - Launched IBS (Integrated Business Suite) an ERP product for various industries like textile, sugar, steel, solvex etc.

    2012
    - Go live for CBS order for a Cooperative Apex Bank a State Co-op. Bank
    - Received CBS order from District Central Cooperative Bank with 218 branches.

    2014
    - Establishing and operating the computerised auction System (CAS) for the Agricultural commodities at the Agricultural Produce market Committees (APMC) & provide user training in five APMCs under Maharashtra Agricultural Competitiveness Project (MACP).
    - Received LOI for work related to supply, installation, testing, & commissioning of Non- IT Infrastructurend providing service for establishment of Data Center at Maharashtra State Agricultural Marketing Board, Pune
