Pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at their meeting held on April 07, 2015, the name of our Company was changed to `Voler Car Private Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 20, 2015, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kolkata. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public Limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 18, 2024, and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `Voler Car Limited' and a Fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 02, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Processing Centre.
