1. Corporate Information

Sri Krishna Metcom Ltd. ("the Company") is a public company domiciled in India and incorporated on 3lst July 2OO8 under the provision of the erstwhile Companies Act 1956. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of milling, processing and marketing of rice. The company product portfolio comprises raw rice, steamed rice, parboiled rice and its allied products.

b) Terms/rights attached to equity shares

The Company has only one class of equity shares having the par value of Rs.10 per share (previous year Rs.lO per share). Each holder of equity share is entitled to one vote per share.

During the year ended March 31, 2018 the amount of per share dividend recognised as distributions to equity shareholders was Nil per share (previous year Nil per share).

In the event of liquidation of the Company, the holder of equity shares will be entitled to receive remaining assets of the Company, after payment of all liabilities. The distribution will be in proportion to the number of equity shares held by the shareholders.
