| Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (ADPL) was originally incorporated as a private limited company in the name of Niharika Textiles & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. on 15th May 1990. The Aarey group of companie belonging to the Ghatalia group of companies took over the company and converted it into a public limited company on 18th march 1993. Its name was since changed to Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
The main object of the company is to set up facilities for manufacture of bulk drugs. As an immediate step the company has undertaken a project to manufacture Metronidazole and Metronidazole Benzoate at its works situated at E-34, MIDC Estate.
2008
