Further, our Company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company in their meeting held on April 28, 2021 and the name of our Company was changed to ?Abans Holdings Limited? and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited dated May 19, 2021 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
