Subsequently, our Company has been converted into a public limited company and the name of our Company changed to "Active Infrastructures Limited" pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 12, 2024, and a Certificate of incorporation dated August 09, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Corporate Identity Number of our Company is U45200MH2007PLC174506.
MAJOR EVENTS: 2007 - Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Active Infrastructures Private Limited" under Companies Act, 1956.
2017 - Approval to Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s Rimjhim Tradelink Private Limited with M/s Active Infrastructures Limited by the shareholders at the NCLT conveyed meeting.
