    Our Company was originally incorporated on January 24, 2022 as Adon Agro Commodities Private Limited, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies. Thereafter, the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 21, 2024 and the name of the Company was changed to Adon Agro Commodities Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 19, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies.

    - Incorporation of our Company as a private company with the name `Adon Agro Commodities Private Limited' with the business of agricultural produce

    - Our Company received a certificate of membership from Food Safety & Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).

    2025
    - Our Company was converted from a Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Adon Agro Commodities Private Limited" to "Adon Agro Commodities Limited" to reflect such change.
    - Entered into retail segment under the brand name `HUNGER NUTS'
    - Received Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) Certification
    - Our turnover exceeded Rs.100 Crore in the Financial Year 2024-25
    - A new warehousing unit for the purpose of storage has been established.
    - A Processing & Packaging unit was set up for dry fruit processing and packaging
    - Incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai.
    - The Company commenced exports in Financial Year 2025-26
