Subsequently, the Company was converted into Limited Company in the name & Style of'BS Holding and Credit Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 26, 1996.The name of the company has been changed from BS Holding and Credit Limited to Alliance Integrated Metaliks Limited(AIML) Vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated September 06, 2004.

    2012 -Mr. D. S. Chahal and Mr. Avijit Banerjee has been appointed as Director and Mrs. Aarti Jain has resigned from the Board.

    2013 -Manufacturer of Mechanical Components Alliance Integrated Metaliks has approved the recommendation of payment of dividend at 1 per cent.

    2014 -Alliance Integrated Metaliks Ltd has Appointed Mr. Daljit Singh Chahal as Wholetime Director of the Company.

    2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
