-The Registered of the Company has been changed from D-5, Anand Vihar, Delhi-110092 to 106, Hargobind Enclave, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092.
2016
-APL APOLLO extended its manufacturing capacity by 10,000 MTPA taking the total available capacity to 50,000 MTPA. It also became the first company to install a 900 kg/hr PVC extrusion line in North India.
2017
-Company name has changed to Apollo Pipes Ltd. from Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd.
-APL APOLLO became the largest plastic piping solution company in North India. The installed capacity of the molding division was enhanced to 2,700 MTPA.
2018
-The APL APOLLO Corporate office building was set up in Noida. A brand-new product range of faucets, taps, showers and other bathroom accessories were also introduced.
-Apollo Pipes commences commercial production in Ahmedabad.
2019
-Apollo Pipe has completed the acquisition of Kisan Mouldings Ltd 9000 MTPA production unit in Bengaluru.
2020
-The acquisition of the Kisan Mouldings manufacturing unit located in Bangalore was concluded. Company started manufacturing water tanks, solvents and bath fitting.
2021
-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
-Setting up a green field manufacturing facility at Raipur, Chhattisgarh to cater to the central and eastern part of the country.
-The newly set-up unit of the Company at P.C.98/24, Village- Sankara, Dharsiwa, Bilaspur Road, Tehsil-Raipur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh - 493221 has started Commercial Production.
2024
-The Company Commissioning of New Manufacturing Plant in Mirzapur, U.P (near Varanasi)'.
2025 -Apollo Pipes Ltd. has informed the Exchange about acquiring an additional equity stake through a secondary purchase in Kisan Mouldings Ltd.
