| Archidply D‚cor Limited (ADL) was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013, on 14th June, 2017 in the name and style of Archidply D‚cor Limited (ADL) in the State of Karnataka. There has been no further change in the name of ADL since incorporation. The Corporate Identification Number of ADL was U20231KA2017PLC103845. The Equity Shareholders have subject to the approval of the Hon'ble Regional Director (South East Region) and other relevant authorities passed a Special Resolution on 6th November, 2017 for Shifting of its Registered Office from the State of Karnataka to the State of Uttarakhand. The Hon'ble Regional Director (South East Region) Hyderabad vide his order dated 8th January, 2018 has sanctioned a Petition for shifting of the Registered Office of the company from the State of Karnataka to the State of Uttarakhand.
