| YEAR EVENTS
1991 - The Company was incorporated on 9th May, as a private limited and
subsequently converted into a public company and a fresh
certificate of incorporation was obtained on 9th June 1992. The
company has been promoted by the Chennai based Tatia group,
headed by Sri. Pannalal Tatia.
- The Company proposes to set up a modern Health cum Holiday Resort
at Thalli Region near Bangalore city.
- The Company is engaged in the construction of exclusive
residential flats in Vepery, Chennai.
1992 - The Company is promoting an Indian Heritage Village essentially
targeted at high profile foreign nationals and Non-Resident
Indians on an exclusive membership fee.
- The Company has entered into an agreement with the promoters and
their relatives for outright purchase of 129 acres of land and a
lease agreement for 10.5 acres for 5 years.
1994 - An agreement has been entered with the renowed German landscape
designers Deep Forest Landscape Consultants. The consultants
have given a blueprint for landscaping which includes creation of
ornamental gardens and artificial waterfalls around all the
finished buildings.
- The Company has joined hands with Apollo Hospitals Group for
providing hi-tech health, care in the Health Farm.
- The Company had obtained a transponder in the Satellite `RIMSAT'
for a period of one year as a gift from the Company's business
associates in Bahrain.
- The Company commissioned a viewership survey to establish
programme acceptance. The company, inspired by the overwhelming
response, has recently obtained another transponder and has
leased it to UDAYA TV which is becoming Kannada programmes.
1995 - The Company has tied-up with M/s. Wheway Lifestyle International
of Champneys fame and Syntax Group of Queen Elizabeth II fame
both based in U.K. for designing, executing and operating the
Health SPA and for a strategic alliance for promoting the
Hospitality aspects at the Health Farm.
- The Company launched its second project Viz., Tatia Drive-In
which has been equally well received in the market.
- The Company launched the Fixed Deposits Schemes during the last
week of October '94 and as on 31st March 1995 accepted deposits
worth Rs. 1,864,000/-.
1996 - The Company obtained the fresh certificate of incorporation from
the Registrar of Companies on 18.10.95 with the new name Tatia
Skyline & Health Farms Limited with the deletion of `s' from the
word skylines.
2000 - The Name of the Company is changed as Ashram Online.com Limited.
