Thereafter, our Company was converted into a Public Limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 03, 2025 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `Atharva Poly-Plast Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre dated April 15, 2025 bearing Corporate Identification Number U25209PN2014PLC150099.
