Thereafter, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on May 23, 2024. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on August 27, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, ROC CPC Manesar Haryana and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Autofurnish Trading Private Limited" to "Autofurnish Trading Limited" bearing Company's Corporate Identification Number
    U51101DL2015PLC279742. The name of our company was subsequently changed to "Autofurnish Limited" and fresh certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, ROC CPC Manesar Haryana dated October 14, 2024. As on the date of this Prospectus, the Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U51101DL2015PLC279742.

    - Our Company was incorporated as Autofurnish Trading Private Limited under the Companies Act 2013 as a Private Limited Company

    2019
    - Company acquired the M/s Golden Mace, Partnership Firm and M/s Autofurnish Proprietorship Firm.

    2024
    - Our Company was converted into Public Limited Company vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 27, 2024
    - Our Company has obtained ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 26262-1:2011 Certificates and Good Manufacturing Practice certificates
    - Our Company has changed named from Autofurnish Trading Limited to Autofurnish Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 14, 2024.
