Pursuant to shareholders' resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 6, 2021 the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 11,2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. Pursuant to shareholders' resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on November 09, 2022 our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 18, 2022 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide CIN U5110DL2005PLC137127.
