Pursuant to shareholders' resolution passed at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 6, 2021 the name of the Company was changed to Avax Soft Technologies Private Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated October 11,2021 issued by Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
