    History of Company

    The company was incorporated on October 23, 1992 as a Public Ltd. company and obtained certificate of commencement of business on March 22, 1993. The company was promoted by Shri N. Tarachand Dugar, who has promoted various companies under Dugar group. Though the group has another housing finance company, the same is closely held and caters to very small borrowers/employees. In order to enter the housing finance sector in a big way, Dugar Housing Development Finance India Limited was formed. The shareholders of the company have also passed a special resolution on 7.6.1994 authorising the company to enter Property development activity also. The company is taking necessary steps to get the Company Law Board approval for inclusion of Property Development business in the object clause of the Memorandum of Association. 2006 -Company has changed its name from Dugar Housing Development India Ltd. to J-Paq Global Solutions Ltd. 2008 -Company name has been changed from J-Paq Global Solutions Ltd to Dugar Housing Developments Ltd.
