The company expanded its base by merging with Welspun Polydyed Ltd, an existing, profit making company of Welspun group having yarn dyeing uit with a capacity of 1,800 tonnes per annum during the month February 1994. The merger scheme has been aproved by the shareholders of both the companies as well as the Bombay High Court. 2007 -Welspun Syntex Ltd has appointed Shri.
