Thereafter, our Company was converted from private limited to public limited, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on November 08, 2023 and the name of the Company was changed from "Aztec Fluids & Machinery Private Limited" to "Aztec Fluids & Machinery Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 24, 2023, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
